Carlos Baute, a Venezuelan with Spanish roots, always expressed his taste not only in music but also in the Arts in general, enjoying acting, singing and writing songs.

It was at age 13 when he began his musical career in the group Los Chamos where he recorded the album "Con un poco de amor" which was his first musical project. In 1996, he won his first two platinum albums with "Orígenes, 2 tambores". His album "Nací para querer" (1999) was a decisive factor in the artist's career, automatic success to a Multi-platinum album.

In Spain he released his fourth album "Dame de eso" in 2001, "Peligroso" (2004) and "Baute" (2005). In 2006, he launched "Grandes Éxitos" compiling the great hits from his previous albums. Two years later, in 2008 he released his album "De mi puño y letra", the song "Colgando en tus manos", duet with Marta Sánchez, was the main single. His recording career continues with "Directo en tus manos" (2009), "Amarte bien" (2011) and "En el buzón de tu corazón" (2013).

Now the artist comes up with the new album "De amor y dolor" (2019) which highlights the urban style of most of the songs.
