José Luis Perales announces a farewell tour: "Baladas para una despedida" (Ballads for a farewell) along with the release of "Mirándote a los ojos", a compilation of 3 albums and 35 songs re-recorded under the production of Pablo Perales.

"Baladas para una despedida" will start in Spain in May and will tour the entire Spanish and American geography.

What can be added to the artistic greatness of José Luis Perales at this point? And to his millions of albums sold all over the world over five decades, with more than a hundred gold and platinum records to date? Beyond the awards, the numerous versions existing and still to come in different languages ... Perales gives a demonstration of his purity, of the art of simplicity. Those who discovered and loved him in his day will love him even more ... And, fortunate those who will finally know the revelation of an author, a universal performer.

José Luis Perales presents "Mirándote a los ojos" that consists of three albums, each of which with its own title: "Recuerdos" brings together fifteen of his greatest hits; "Retratos" includes ten songs written for others or adapted by other performers and "Melodías perdidas", totalling ten particularly loved songs, special for Perales, although they have not been the most popular. The release is completed with a documentary film, "Algo nuevo que contarte".
